GochYa Cooking with Cynthia Goch announces an upcoming holiday cooking course–one that’s back by popular demand! On Thursday, December 15, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, local chef/cookbook author Goch will host the “Feast of the 7 Fishes Cooking Class” at Sur La Table of the King of Prussia Mall.
On Christmas Eve, it is tradition in Southern Italian families to celebrate La Viglia di Natale, also known as the Feast of the Seven Fishes. La Viglia’s favored dishes may vary from family to family, but you will likely find an array of seafood that includes the freshest catch-of-the-day as well as clams, oysters, mussels, squid, shrimp, and lobster. In this upcoming class, Cynthia will share with you some of her family’s favorite dishes for this special meal.
Cost for the course is $79 per person. Pre-registration required, and may be made by calling 1-800-243-0852. Click here for information and registration information.
