The top-notch gang at the Wooden Spoon Cafe (24 Main St., Phoenixville) announces that for this evening only (Friday, Sept. 16) they will serve up porchetta!
Chef Julie will prepare her very special porchetta seasoned with herbs and wild fennel pollen for your dining pleasure. This juicy, flavorful roasted pork will be served with caramelized onions and tomato and garlic relish on an artisan baguette with sautéed greens. Better yet, the featured menu item is sourced from our favorite Country Time Farm (a go-to vendor of Phoenixville Farmers Market), who happened to prep custom cuts of pork for tonight’s event.
So, don’t delay and speed over for several sandwiches tonight! For more information on Wooden Spoon, visit woodenspooncafe.com. (Did you know: We recently we featured the bakery/cafe in an article? Click here for the full feature.)
