We went there with my family, husband and two kids (10 & 12) and could not have had a better time!! Was very crowded for a Tuesday night and we waited a while for our food but did not mind at all because the place was great! The waitress was wonderful and when our food came it was definately worth waiting for and acutally I HATE going into resturants and being rushed to eat your appetizer/salad before your entre comes. We definately will be back loved it!!!!!!
My husband and I decided to try this place on a first friday. My husband order a salad that was just ok, and I ordered a shrimp dish. My shrimp was spoiled. My husband thought I was exaggerating when I spit it out as soon as I bit into it, but he tried it as well and had the same reaction. What’s worse is that I’m pregnant…spoiled seafood could have been fatal. Avoid this place. That should have been obvious before it was cooked from scent and slime.
I agree with Joy Dunn. We were finally able to check this place out and it exceeded my expectations. Anyone who is skeptical about the space, remembering it when it was Dan’s Pub, should not worry. The renovations look fantastic. The food is great. They now have outdoor seating. I look forward to returning again and again. Make sure to check this place out.
I can’t say enough about Pepperoncini! I must admit having lived in Phoenixville when Dan’s Pub was still around, I was skeptical about the space. I was so pleasantly surprised by the work they did! The food is out of the this world- so many choices, reasonably priced, unique, and always piping hot. The service is fantastic- Mike the bartender takes care of us and the owners always stop through to say hello. If you haven’t visited yet make the time to do it- you won’t be disappointed!
