Come out to Chester County, PA to celebrate the Fourth with a bang-up BBQ weekend at the vineyards and wineries of the Brandywine Valley Wine Trail. Each winery will be hosting wine tastings, vineyard/cellar tours, special events and outdoor cookin’ from pig roasts and BBQ ribs to rotisserie chicken and other grilled “Meats of Independence.”

The Brandywine Valley Wine Trail created the Brandywine Big Bang BBQ Weekend as a way to expose regional residents to the exciting wine industry that has developed in southeastern PA and to showcase the high quality wines being made there. No passport is required and there is no fee to attend other than the wineries’ individual tasting fees (ranging from $5-$8) for those who choose to participate in a wine tasting, and any food costs. (Some wineries also offer evening concerts with admission fees).

Invite all your visiting relatives and come enjoy a rousing Fourth of July at Chaddsford Winery including wine tastings, afternoon music from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and an all day BBQ Saturday, Sunday and Monday by favorite local grillin guy Nick’s Chicks. Celebrate the 4th with friends and family at Penns Woods winery! They will be hosting:
- Local music all weekend
- Local food from the Innat Historic Yellow Springs. They’ll be serving up burgers, hot dogs and BBQ pulled pork!
- Games for the kids like washers, bean bag toss, hula hoops, footballs and bubbles.
- Wine by the glass just $5 all day!

Celebrate the 4th of July weekend with Twin Brook! Enjoy the music and festivities and your favorite bottle of Twin Brook Wine. Victory Brewing Company will be their special guest BBQ-er for the weekend (BBQ will be available for purchase). Victory will also be providing samples of some of their favorite handcrafted beer.

“Cruise in” or just check out the vintage cars gracing their vineyard. Gate proceeds benefit the National Neimann Pick Disease Foundation, The ARA Parseghian Medical Research Foundation and The Race For Adam Foundation.
