Marly’s BYO Introduces 3 Courses for $25
Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday through August, Chef Michael Favacchia of Marly’s BYO (108 Bridge Street Phoenixville, PA; 610-993-7471) invites you to experience three courses from his dinner menu for just $25, plus tax and gratuity. In addition, a complimentary children’s menu will be offered to kids 12 and under. Guests are invited to dine al fresco in Marly’s beautiful garden, while savoring Chef Favacchia’s seasonal menu. STARTERS (choice of)
Ginger Carrot Bisque – topped with cucumber crab relish
Grilled Romaine Hearts - warm pancetta-honey vinaigrette, crumbled goat cheese and caramelized onions
Fried Green Tomatoes - ricotta salata cheese, heirloom tomato salsa, whole grain mustard dressing and basil infused oil
Baby Frisée Pear Salad - danish blue cheese, sliced pears, candied pecans, sun-dried cranberries and white balsamic vinaigrette
Hummus of the Day - grilled pita and flatbread chips, topped with crispy chickpeas
ENTREES (choice of)
Sautéed European Chicken Breast - oven roasted tomatoes, cremini mushrooms, fontina cheese and
lemon butter-herb sauce, potato of the day
Pumpkin Gnocchi – sweet italian sausage, caramelized butternut squash and peas, creamy gorgonzola sauce
Pan Seared Salmon – charred corn, green peas and roasted pearl onion argue with edam bean and arugula pesto
Orange Molasses Glazed Hanger Steak – corn & edamame bean risotto, sweet chili garlic aioli
Shrimp Reggiano – fresh torn pasta sauteed, cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, fresh basil, reggiano-seafood sauce
