Today’s headline on Boston’s Open Table Blog (blog.opentable.com), written by Caroline Potter (Chief Dining Officer for OpenTable, Inc.)  She’s a dining trend-spotter and an OpenTable VIP, who dines out more than she eats in.  In today’s post, she dished about Philadelphia food blogger Mary Bigham, of WCDish joined by foodie friend Danielle Friel of Iron Hill Brewery.  Southwest Airlines flew these foodies from Philadelphia to Boston and back again in just a day’s time — with lots of stops for fine dining and food-inspired fun in between.

Read the article in its entirety HERE.  Or read all about in a Town Dish feature article “Town Dish on the Fly”, found HERE.
