Last week, on Thursday, July 22, Chef Jose Garces continued his ongoing series of Craft Beer Dinners at Chifa (707 Chestnut Street, 215-925-5555) and invited Sly Fox Brewing Company’s Brewmaster Brian O’Reilly.
