All You Need Is Juice at Strawberry Fields

Strawberry Fields Organic Juice and Smoothie Bar (coming soon to Bridge Street) is the newest business making waves in Phoenixville’s downtown food scene.  Scheduled to open some time in September, Strawberry Fields will offer various “grab and go” healthy foods prepared on-site as well as a variety of nutritious and delicious pre-packaged items.   Owner and health-food guru Susan Barrett is proud to stand by their products.  ”All of our juices and smoothies will be made from absolutely fresh fruit and healthy ingredients and will be prepared individually for each customer.  We will offer supplements for our juices and smoothies, including protein powder, protein energy powder, spirulina, vitamin powder, flax seed, flax oil, wheat grass, and much more.”

If you’re looking for grab and go food options, Strawberry Fields will offer wraps (tuna salad, egg salad, vegan egg salad, chicken salad, hummus with vegies, organic peanut butter and banana) and salads.   Owners Susan Barrett and Rob Nagy are also excited to be offering customers a few healthy baked goods such as the vegan oat bar (sampled and approved by attendees of last Friday’s Bodies by Pilates Grand Opening).  Additionally, you can expect yogurt energy bowls (organic yogurt with toppings like fresh fruit, granola, cinnamon, nuts, etc.) plus a delicious-sounding frozen banana custard-like treat that is 100% banana that can be topped with granola or organic peanut butter.  As if that isn’t enough, customers can expect great music to play a huge role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.  ”We are both serious music lovers, so music will be a big part of our ambience.  We want each and every customer to be turned on to a healthy lifestyle and we want to be a part of that lifestyle,” says Barrett.  Look for an announcement on a website soon, and keep your eyes peeled for construction on the recently-acquired future home of Strawberry Fields: 252 Bridge Street.

  6. I’m looking forward to checking it out… although from this review, it sounds “healthy” compared to McDonald’s, but not certifiably healthy for people who struggle with food allergies. I hope that my visit proves me wrong, as my hometown definitely needs more healthy eating establishments! :)
